Who we are

Paris with Babies & Toddlers ("we", "us") sells a digital product: an interactive Google Maps card with handpicked family-friendly places in Paris. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at the email address shown on the checkout page and in your purchase receipt.

What data we collect

Order data. Your name, email address, country and payment confirmation, collected by our payment provider when you buy the product.
Support data. Any information you send us by email, such as refund requests or questions.
Usage data. Anonymous, aggregated information about visits to this page (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) used only to understand traffic.

We never collect your full card number. Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Why we use it

To deliver the product and give you access to the map.
To send you the receipt, access link and updates to the map.
To handle refund requests and provide support.
To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with service providers who help us operate: our payment and checkout provider (which processes your purchase), our email provider (which delivers your access link) and Google Maps (which hosts the map you open). We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. You may ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time, or object to a particular use. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This page uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to display it and to measure traffic anonymously. Our checkout and Google Maps may set their own cookies under their respective policies.

Children

The product is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
